Shemar Moore isn't just a talented actor; he's a model for fitness and well-being, and just an all-around good guy.
Most of us wish we could be in incredible shape, no matter how much we love our bodies and all their flaws. And when beach season comes around, we scold ourselves for not running a little harder or lifting heavier weights on the days that we could. Having the kind of body we want comes with a lot of hard work and dedication that don't necessarily come easily. After all, working out can be a bore, to some.
But Moore consistently shows us how much work he pours into his incredible physique (especially the six-pack abs he's known for) on social media. He finds time to exercise every day, and it's truly paying off.
The best part? Many of his moves can be done by anyone, men and women alike! This eight-station circuit may look easy, but it's a killer workout that will help get your body toned and ready. You'll feel the burn in no time — and try to do as many reps and sets as Moore himself. It's certainly no easy feat!
Watch below, and please SHARE to encourage everyone to start working out with Moore's sweat-inducing moves!
Station #1: Sit-Ups
![shemar-1.jpg](https://littlethings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/shemar-1.jpg)
Shemar starts his circuit with four rounds of sit-ups — 20 with the left knee up and another 20 with the right knee up. That's a whopping total of 40 sit-ups per round, bringing his total to 160 after four rounds!
Station #2: Spider-Man Push-Ups

Using a balance training ball, Shemar does four rounds of Spider-Man push-ups: each round is 24 push-ups, 12 repetitions per side. That's 96 in total!
Station #3: Dumbbell Pulls

The actor also does these dumbbell pulls to work his arms and abs. He repeats the movement 20 times with each arm. After four rounds per arm, that's 160 total reps!
Station #4: Squat Kettle Push
![shemar-4.jpg](https://littlethings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/shemar-4.jpg)
Using a kettlebell, squat as you normally would, but try to lift the weight above your head every time you reach a standing position. Shemar can do four rounds of 20 reps… Can you?
Station #5: Superman Back Lifts
![shemar-5.jpg](https://littlethings.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/shemar-5.jpg)
This move may look easy to repeat, but through 80 of these, you'll be begging to catch your breath — so don't forget to rest in between sets. Shemar does four sets of 20 reps!
Station #6: Ball Slams
