Hollywood’s elite are known for their stunning physiques and age-defying looks, but behind these glamorous appearances are the dedicated efforts of their fitness trainers. These fitness gurus work tirelessly to sculpt the bodies of the stars, but they are more than just trainers!
These amazing people become confidants, supporters, and sources of inspiration for their high-profile clients. Fortunately, some of these fitness gurus are uncovering some of the secrets they have gleaned from their A-list clientele.
Us Weekly starts the video off with the first trainer Lacey Stone, who trains Amanda Seyfried. Lacey recommends that you should get between 6,000 to 10,000 steps in a day, drink plenty of water, and you should also have a protein and a vegetable with every meal. I’m already starting to take notes because I don’t do a lot of these things!
Now if you work out or want to start working out, Lacey recommends lifting heavy weights at least three times a week. She also says that it helps to have a workout buddy or to try and find a trainer that you vibe with and love.
The second trainer introduced is Jeanette Jenkins, who trains Tracee Ellis Ross. Jeanette encourages people to mix together strength and cardio if they are in need of a good fat-burning workout. She told Us Weekly, “One of my favorite combo exercises is a squat to overhead press because it hits the booty, legs, core, shoulders, and triceps.”
The third trainer, Jason Walsh, trains Brie Larson. He encourages people to start with one change and once you are comfortable with that, start adding in other ones. He also recommends working out in groups of people or attending classes.

Then we have Rosoff Davis, who is a fan of yoga. She told Us Weekly, “My jam is a Pilates yoga fusion with some kind of fun cardio mixed in.” She also encourages that any movement is better than no movement. So, if you can’t hit the gym, turn to cleaning!
I can already tell that these trainers know what they are talking about, and I will say, I’m going to be testing out their theories to see which one I vibe with the best.
