Dad Uses An Olympic Technique To Get His Little Girl’s Loose Tooth Out

Father Bryan Clay is an Olympic decathlete. Winner of the 2008 gold medal, the father of four has somehow managed to put his olympic training to use in fatherhood.

Decathlons consist of completing 10 different athletic feats including shot put, discus throwing, pole vaulting, javelin throwing and high jumps, to name a few.

However, it was just one of Clay's ten incredible skills that came in handy when his 5-year-old daughter, Ellie, had a loose tooth.

Sometimes unorthodox methods are needed to get out a stubborn baby tooth. This little boy tied his to NERF gun!

Clay, however, takes unorthodox to another level.

He ties a string to his daughter's bottom loose tooth. I think you'll remember a version of this trick. My dad tied a string to my front tooth and tied the other end to a door knob then slammed the door. On another occasion my mom told me to just bite into an apple.

However, I've never quite seen this technique. It is definitely best reserved for an Olympian.

I have to say his little girl was very brave. Ellie didn't flinch or look scared at all. Her siblings were very excited for her, too!
