If you've been on Facebook for the past week or so, you've undoubtedly seen at least 1, but probably more like 100, videos of people doing the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS.
The man in this video figured that if everyone on his news feed was accepting challenges, he might as well create one that is close to his heart. In the video, regular North Carolina man Kendell J. Smith calls on "real men" to do something a bit more challenging than dumping a bucket of cold water on their heads. "Be a father," says Smith, "Take care of your kids. Be there in their lives and mean something to them."
Smith then kisses his toddler son on the cheek and smiles. Being a parent is demanding and challenging, but it's also the most rewarding challenge a person will ever face.
If this video pulled on your heartstrings, please help spread Smith's message to men everywhere who need to step it up. SHARE THIS VIDEO!
