The world was left shocked when the news broke that legendary actor Gene Wilder passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, it almost felt like it couldn't be possible.
But sadly, the rumors turned out to be true, and we all had to face the world knowing that it was a little less magical without this talented man being in it.
While Gene Wilder might be gone, he will certainly never be forgotten. From his amazingly memorable job as Willy Wonka, to his hilarious take on a young Dr. Frankenstein, this man has taken us on so many journeys over the years that we're all very thankful for it.
But while his own screen talents might seem perfect, he was a regular human being just like anybody. And just like anybody he was prone to some mistakes all the same!

It's funny to see him transform from the crazed madman of the doctor to the actor Gene who can't get over how ridiculous things seem. Sometimes things get so silly on set that he totally breaks down and can't stop laughing!
Along with the cast and crew, it really seems like this whole film shoot must have been a blast to be a part of. While the waves of nostalgia keep hitting us while watching Igor and the whole gang, we'll all try our best to say goodbye to Mr. Wilder in the only way he would have wanted us to, through smiling at his memory and thanking him for all the wonderful years and movies he's given us!
