Learn How To Remove Body Hair Naturally Using ‘Sugar Wax’

No one likes unsightly body hair, but I think we can all agree that waxing can be painful and uncomfortable — and you never know if and when you'll react to all the different types of chemicals. Luckily, there's a new trend in body hair removal. "Sugaring wax" is an all-natural hair-removal method that is supposedly less painful and irritating.

According to Sugar'd, body sugaring is an ancient art of hair removal using a completely natural paste made from lemon, sugar, and water. It looks like honey, but is even thicker. The paste is molded onto your skin against the direction of the hair growth, then quickly flicked off – removing the sugar paste, extracting your unwanted hair and collecting dead skin cells.

During this technique, the hair is pulled in the direction in which it grows, and many people say this is more comfortable than traditional waxing. Plus, sugar waxing reduces waste since there are no sticks or strips. You can either go the professional route and pay for this service, or do it the DIY way. In the video below, YouTube lifestyle guru "Cacao Culture" provides a step-by-step on how to make your own all-natural wax, along with an easy-to-follow hair-removal demonstration.
