Quite a handful of uniquely brilliant makeup and beauty trends have taken hold during the past few years.
One of the most intriguing trends is that of the ethereal, sequenced mermaid hair technique, a new popular hair coloring method that leaves soft, rainbow-like streaks in your hair.
Recently, another amazing trend has appeared: rainbow eyebrows. Cosmetics company Winky Lux has come up with a color palette that is used exclusively for the brows, and makes use of just four primary colors.
"People are having more fun with their day-to-day look," said Natalie Mackey, founder of the company. "They're wearing these brows to edgy and unique events."
Though its application may seem daunting, the rainbow brow look can be built up slowly. If you're new to the trend, you may want to start off with just one or two of the colors for an ombré effect.

Winky Lux is a company that specializes in making series of 'color cosmetics' from the highest-quality ingredients. Latest in their line of unique beauty products is the 'Rainbow Brow' palette box.

The new palette is the self-proclaimed 'hottest trend of the year,' and includes four pressed primary pigments.

It also comes with long-lasting brow wax and a chiseled brow brush.

To get colorful rainbow eyebrows, first apply the wax, and then fill in the brows with powder for a 'colored fantasy effect.'

Afterward, blend the colors from the palette together in order to make dozens of ombré color combinations.

The trend has become extremely popular, and fans of the brow cosmetics line have taken to social media platform Instagram to share their results.

Currently, Winky Lux is the one of the only makeup companies out there that is selling a rainbow palette specifically for eyebrows. Most other popular rainbow-colored makeup palettes have been designed to be eyeshadows.

'We thought we would make [the palette] for everybody, so it's very easy and all in one place,' Natalie Mackey, the founder of Winky Lux, told Mashable.

We're excited to see where this trend will go from here, and to see how many more fans will try out the palette on their brows to make unique designs!
