The San Diego Zoo Safari Park was recently part of something extremely rare and unusual, but it seems like everything went according to plan! I wonder why they had to do this procedure, and hope the mom is doing okay!
It’s so interesting that the operating room and the way the doctors handle the mother and baby completely mimic the room and behavior of doctors dealing with a human. The only difference is that the little newborn is pretty calm and quiet. Please SHARE this triumph of science and nature!
