A hotel security guard in Malaysia found something stranded on the beach of the hotel where he worked. What looked like a big fish was really a pygmy killer whale! Once the wildlife department was called in to help the whale, later named Tony, recover to safety, they moved her to the hotel's swimming enclosure where she was rehabilitated and cared for by the Sabah wildlife department. There, a team of amazing, dedicated volunteers worked 24/7 to keep Tony alive and afloat – and after three whole days, Tony was safely released into the waters!
