Camp Leakey, an Orangutan rescue reserve in Central Borneo, is a place where humans and orangutans interact on a daily basis, living together in harmony. It's here that the orangutans have started to develop markably human-like characteristics all on their own – no one taught them to copy their human companions, they just started doing it one day.
As you can see from the video, everything the human does, the orangutan does. While the apes may not completely understand why they are doing what they're doing, it's amazing to see just how easily they pick up human behaviors, and just how exactly they copy them!
