Tiger Woods’ Ex Accuses Him Of Sexual Harassment Because He Made Her Move Out After Split

Tiger Woods is being accused of sexual harassment by ex-girlfriend Erica Herman.

Herman and her legal team have been in a bitter battle against Woods since the two broke up. Herman is attempting to be released from a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that she signed with Woods when the two began dating.

Herman's team cites two incidences of sexual harassment. They claim the first happened in 2017, when Woods allegedly asked Herman to sign the NDA or she would be fired from her job at his restaurant. Her lawyers state, "A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment."

Herman's team also claims that Woods telling Herman to leave their home following the end of their relationship is sexual harassment, too.

Her claim states, "The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant."

Herman's team adds, "That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws."

Previously, Woods has emphatically denied any sexual harassment against Herman.

As TMZ reports, Herman's team has also argued that the NDA should be declared invalid under the Speak Out Act, which "prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment."
