Katie Miller recently took to social media to assert that conservative women are obviously more attractive than liberal women. To support this claim, she said conservative women are having more babies compared to women on the left because of this supposed gap in attractiveness. Her source? Just trust her (and Kid Rock), I guess.
Katie, who is married to White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller, presented her questionable theory alongside an old clip in which Jesse Watters and Kid Rock discussed “ugly a–” liberal women and the declining birth rate.

Fertility rates truly are declining in the United States (and many other countries), and experts have suspected there are multiple reasons for that, including increased birth control access and sex education, financial constraints, and concerns about climate change and the overall state of the world. Although many people are concerned about falling birth rates, in some ways, the shift also signals positive societal change, according to Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. After all, one of the reasons for the decline in births is that fewer teenage girls are giving birth.
However, according to Kid Rock, the declining birth rate is actually because liberal women are ugly. In the clip that Katie shared, Jesse asked Kid Rock if he had ever seen people with “blue hair” or “female armpit hair” at his concerts.
And in that moment, Kid Rock came up with his own theory to explain falling birth rates. “We have this low birth rate in America,” he said. “It all makes sense. It just hit me right now: Who’s gonna sleep with these ugly a– broke crazy deranged TDS liberal women?”
For some reason, Katie felt compelled to share this clip on January 21, 2026 even though it went viral in May 2025.

She appeared to agree with Kid Rock’s stance, writing, “Conservative women are just factually more attractive than liberal women. It’s why more conservatives than liberals are having babies.” Uhh.
In reality, conservatives might be having more babies — but for very different reasons. Studies have found that people in red states are having more babies compared to those in blue states. The conservative-leaning Institute for Family Studies concluded that women who identify as conservative do seem to be having more children; however, they only included women between the ages of 25 and 35 in their study. Per NPR, Leslie Root, a researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder, said liberal women could be having kids later than that.
Also, some experts have speculated that religion (and not women’s attractiveness) plays a role in this as well. According to the Pew Research Center, Christians have a higher fertility rate compared to Americans who are not religious. An estimated 82% of conservatives identify as Christian, compared to 37% of liberals.
Unsurprisingly, some conservatives agreed with Katie’s theory. And even those who disagreed with it were not exactly surprised by it. “Katie getting her facts from Kid Rock is exactly what you would expect,” one of them wrote in response. Some people also called Katie out for bashing other women unprompted. “Women supporting women!” one critic wrote sarcastically.
