Drake’s 5-Year-Old Son Adonis Joins Him In Interview And Admits He’s ‘A Better Dad’

Fathers are important figures in their children’s life. Canadian rapper Drake completely understands this. He and his 5-year-old son, Adonis, appeared in an adorable interview on Sunday with host Caleb Pressley for Barstool Sports.

During this interview, Drake stressed that his No. 1 priority in life is his son. He values being a hands-on father. All Drake's hard work is paying off, because Adonis believes he has the "greatest dad" ever.

Adonis goes on to compliment his father further. "That's a funny dad," he said. "He does a lot of funny jokes." Drake shares Adonis with French artist Sophie Brussaux. Adonis was not planned but is loved nonetheless.

"We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible," Drake said on HBO’s The Shop. "Now, I'm just really excited to be a great father."

Drake also praised his son. He gushes that Adonis "is always vibing out with me" and "always telling me how great I am as a father, as a single father." The only bet Drake is making is on "fatherhood."

Drake works hard to give his son Adonis a normal life. "I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son. I don't want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a 'celebrity' that I got to make everybody live under this blanket … I just wanted to free myself of that," he explained.
