In 2022 we're addressing trauma from the pandemic. We are all trying to recover from the difficulty of weathering a global health crisis and it has been very hard on all of us. This year, we want everyone to focus on being the happiest version of themselves in this new world. That practice may look different for everyone and that’s absolutely OKAY!
