Nick Cannon Can’t Remember All Of His Kids’ Names: ‘Can You Just Rattle Off 12 Of Anything?’

When asked to name all 12 of his children, Nick Cannon failed to do so. However, he insisted that he knows all of his kids; he just thinks it’s difficult to name “12 of anything” off the top of your head. Nick is well known for having lots of kids with six different women. Though he previously suggested that he might welcome more in the future, it sounds like he may have changed his mind.

During an appearance on Bobbi Althoff’s The Really Good Podcast, Bobbi asked Nick to name all of his children. “You want all 12?” Nick responded. He clearly was not confident in his ability to do so, adding, “This is where I usually get in trouble.”

Bobbi asked, “Why? Because you don’t know all of them?” Nick went on to say that he does know all of his children, but that doesn’t mean he can list all of their names. “Can you just rattle off 12 of anything?” he questioned. He then proceeded to try to name all of his kids, but forgot two of them.

“There’s Roc, Roe, Golden, Powerful, Rise, Onyx, Legendary, Zion, Zillion, Zen, and … see this is where,” Nick said. “How many [more are there]?” Bobbi informed Nick that he still had two other children who hadn’t been named.

“I’m missing two,” he stated, pausing to think about which children he forgot to mention. “Did I say Beautiful? And Halo, my youngest,” he added.

Needless to say, critics were not impressed by Nick Cannon’s inability to name all his children. “Imagine being the two kids whose names they forgot,” one person commented.

“See if [you] can’t name all your kids on more than one occasion, then maybe you’ve made too many,” remarked another commenter.

Nick also said he might be “done” having kids, which is much different from what he said a few months ago. During a March 2025 episode of his We Playin’ Spades podcast, Nick said he’s “not done” having kids. When asked to elaborate, he simply stated that he doesn’t really know what will happen in the future. “I leave it to the Lord,” he said at the time.

In 2022, he admitted that he feels “spread thin” as a father of 12. “Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children,” he said at the time. In May 2025, Alyssa Scott called him out for not spending time with their daughter Halo.

“Any plans on seeing your child?” Alyssa wrote via her Instagram Stories, reacting to an article about Nick insuring his testicles. “It’s been over a month. But good to know she’ll get some of your $ if anything happens to your balls smh.”
